Wet Yard. Solved.
Mercer County's clay soil makes drainage failures predictable. We engineer fixes that hold for decades, not seasons.
Inside Drainage.
French Drain Installation
Subsurface drainage that captures and redirects groundwater away from foundations and lawns.
Property Regrading
Slope correction so water flows away from the house, not toward it.
Catch Basins + Stormwater Management
Surface inlets, dry wells, and infiltration trenches for hard-rain events.
Permeable Paver Surfaces
Hardscape that drains through itself. Patios and walkways that solve a drainage problem.
Sump Pump Exterior Discharge
Engineered discharge points so basement water does not end up at the foundation again.
Drainage Diagnosis + Design
Site walks, soil tests, and engineered drawings before any digging.
The drainage difference, in four lines.
We diagnose first, dig second. Every job starts with a drainage walk
Mercer County clay-soil expertise (zone 6b/7a, Stony Brook watershed)
Drainage work integrated with planting and hardscape design when applicable
Engineered solutions, not "throw a French drain at it" guesswork

Drainage across 9 Mercer County towns.
“From a 40-home HOA to a single backyard, the same two owners walk every property. That has been the standard since day one.”
The questions you would actually ask.
Why is my yard wet?
In Mercer County, the answer is almost always one of three: clay subsoil that does not absorb, grading that points water at the house instead of away, or a downspout discharge that dumps onto the lawn. The fix depends on the cause, which is why we walk it first.
Will a French drain fix it?
A French drain fixes subsurface water. If your problem is surface runoff or grading, a French drain alone will not solve it. We assess before we recommend.
How long does drainage installation take?
Most residential drainage projects are three to seven days. Larger property regrading runs one to three weeks.
Do you handle drainage for new construction?
Yes. We work with builders and homeowners on new-construction drainage design, often before final grading is set.
Can drainage work be done in winter?
Yes, when the ground is not frozen. Winter is actually a great time for drainage work because turf damage is minimal and you see the wet spots clearly.
