Optional add-ons (fertilization, aeration, overseeding) so you only pay for what you want
“From a 40-home HOA to a single backyard, the same two owners walk every property. That has been the standard since day one.”
The questions you would actually ask.
Do you do weekly residential lawn care?
Yes. Residential weekly contracts run from spring through fall, with optional add-ons for fertilization, aeration, and seasonal cleanups.
How do you handle deer pressure in Hopewell and Pennington?
Plant palettes lean deer-resistant, repellent rotation through the year, and physical fencing where the property allows it. Deer pressure is real on the western edge of Mercer County and we plan for it from the design stage.
Is fertilization included or extra?
Standard weekly mowing includes turf health observation. Full fertilization programs are a paid add-on so you only pay for the level you want.
Can I just get spring and fall cleanup, no weekly service?
Yes. Seasonal-only contracts are available for clients who handle weekly mowing themselves.
What is the difference between Lawn Care and Property Maintenance?
Lawn Care is turf-focused weekly service: mowing, edging, fertilization, cleanups. Property Maintenance is a broader full-property contract that bundles lawn care with bed work, pruning, mulch, drainage checks, and snow operations into a single year-round line item. Estates, HOAs, and commercial portfolios typically go with Property Maintenance.
