Landscape Design across 9 Mercer County towns.
“From a 40-home HOA to a single backyard, the same two owners walk every property. That has been the standard since day one.”
The questions you would actually ask.
Do you draw plans or just install what someone else designed?
Both. We draw the plans and build them. If you already have plans from another designer, we can install them. Most clients prefer one team end-to-end so there is no telephone-game between design and build.
How long does a master plan take?
Two to six weeks from first site walk to finished plan, depending on property size and how much engineering (drainage, grading, structures) the property needs. We share progress drafts so you are not waiting in the dark.
What does landscape architecture cost in NJ?
Master plans typically run between three and twelve thousand dollars depending on acreage and complexity. The plan fee is credited against the build if you go forward with us.
Can you work with my architect or builder?
Yes. We coordinate with home architects, builders, pool contractors, and arborists regularly. We come to the table with plans, not opinions.
Do you handle approvals like Princeton or Sustainable Princeton?
Yes. We are listed on both the Princeton.gov registered landscapers and Sustainable Princeton lists, and we navigate township approvals when a project requires them.
