“From a 40-home HOA to a single backyard, the same two owners walk every property. That has been the standard since day one.”
The questions you would actually ask.
Will my patio survive NJ winters?
Yes, if it is built right. We use a six- to nine-inch compacted base of three-quarter-inch crushed stone, polymeric jointing sand, and a steel or aluminum edge restraint. The pavers themselves are spec-rated for freeze-thaw cycles.
How long does a paver patio installation take?
Most residential patios are seven to fourteen days from demo to finished install. Estate projects with multiple zones run three to six weeks.
What is the difference between Cambridge, Techo-Bloc, and Belgard pavers?
All three are quality manufacturers. Cambridge and Belgard are produced in the Northeast, which matters for freeze-thaw rating. Techo-Bloc has the widest premium-finish selection. We help you pick based on the home and the project, not based on what we have a kickback on.
Do you handle the demo of an existing concrete patio?
Yes. Demo and haul-off is included in the quote, not a surprise add-on.
Can you tie a new patio into an existing pool deck?
Yes. We have done dozens of pool-deck integrations. The transition detail (expansion joint, finish height, drainage) is the part most contractors get wrong; we draw it before we cut anything.
