Do you handle HOA board reporting and COI?

Yes. Monthly board reporting, time-stamped service logs, and Certificate of Insurance with additional-insured language are standard for every HOA and commercial contract.

Can you work with custom service windows for commercial properties?

Yes. Most commercial accounts get a custom service window so the property opens to a clean lot, edged beds, and cleared walkways every weekday morning before staff or customers arrive.

Are snow operations bundled into the maintenance contract?
